Admission Rules

Children are required to be registered for admission to the school. The school prospectus, containing the registration-cum-admission form, is available on payment of Rs. 500 in cash at the reception counter in the school premises, or by post on payment of Rs. 500 by demand draft in favour of Mamta Niketan Convent School, payable at Tarn Taran. Registration starts on 1st January every year, and the completed registration form, with the registration fee of Rs. 500, is accepted at the school until 10th February.

Registration of a child does not guarantee admission to the school, and the registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable. Admission is granted only on clearance of a proficiency test; the syllabus and dates are intimated after registration.

The admission of a child means complete acceptance of all the school rules and regulations by the parents or guardian. The school rules are subject to change at the discretion of the management.

Parents or guardians must intimate any change of address to the school immediately, so that postal information regarding their ward reaches them in time. The school reserves the right to refuse admission or re-admission without assigning any reason.
